1. We must using PC or computer with windows operating system based. As suggesstion use windows 7 or higher.
2. Make sure that your Xiaomi Mi 4c device is fully charged, Or you can provide minimum 80% of battery life.

6. Download and i nstall MIUI ROM Flashing Tool, Here.
7. Download MIUI ROM version for Xiaomi Mi 4c,

8. After download complete, Please check if the ROM file extension is tgz. If it is .gz, please rename it to tgz
   
   
9. Turn off the Xiaomi Mi 4c device.
